Promotion rules:

■ Promotion period: From April 1st, 2023 to March 31st, 2024.

■ Eligibility: All Brastel Remit customers who have placed at least one remittance (of any amount) during the promotion period stated above are automatically participating in the promotion.

■ Entries: Only remittances that have been successfully delivered to the recipients by 23:59 (Japan Time) on Sunday, March 31, 2024, are eligible for the promotion. Remittances that have been canceled, denied, or have not been successfully delivered until the end of the promotion period are NOT eligible for the promotion. One eligible remittance of any amount will count as one entry to the promotion. There is no limit of entries per participant; multiple entries will increase the chance of winning.

■ Prize drawing: 150 customers will be drawn by lottery and win prizes. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes will be permitted. Any prize is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind.

■ Winners announcement: Our company will determine the winners by lottery on April 1st 2024, and will announce the winners' initials and residing prefectures on the promotion's webpage on April 12th, 2024. Also, we will notify the winners directly by the contact information registered in our system. 
※ We cannot answer inquiries from applicants regarding the lottery results or prizes shipments.
Winners may have to provide additional information (for identity and address verification purposes) to our company. If a winner cannot be contacted for any reason (absence, internet failure or other communication problems of any kind), despite our notification attempts, or if a prize is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected in our sole discretion.
